Refund Policy for Prompt Trade Fairs India Private Limited
1. Cancellation and Refunds
1.1 Cancellation Policy:
Exhibitors who wish to cancel their participation must notify in writing. The cancellation policy, including any applicable refund provisions, is outlined in the exhibitor agreement.
Cancellation up to 29 days before the exhibition, the exhibitor should pay 100% of the booked amount to the organizer.
Cancellation before 30 days of the exhibition, the exhibitor should pay 50% from the booked amount to the organizer.
Cancellation before 45 days of the exhibition, the exhibitor should pay 40% from the booked amount to the organizer.
Cancellation before 60 days of the exhibition, the exhibitor should pay 20% from the booked amount to the organizer.
Stall booking cannot be transferred to a third party without permission from the organizer in writing.
2. Taxes
2.1 Tax Responsibility:
Exhibitors are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their participation in Prompt Trade Fairs Exhibitions.
All fees quoted are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified.
3. Termination
3.1 Termination:
Prompt Trade Fairs India Private Limited reserves the right to terminate an exhibitor's participation if there is a material breach of the exhibitor agreement or contract.
4. Changes to Payment Terms
4.1 Notification:
Prompt Trade Fairs India Private Limited reserves the right to change these payment terms upon written notice to exhibitors.
