Refund Policy for Prompt Trade Fairs India Private Limited


1. Cancellation and Refunds

1.1 Cancellation Policy:

Exhibitors who wish to cancel their participation must notify in writing. The cancellation policy, including any applicable refund provisions, is outlined in the exhibitor agreement.

• Cancellation up to 29 days before the exhibition, the exhibitor should pay 100% of the booked amount to the organizer.
• Cancellation before 30 days of the exhibition, the exhibitor should pay 50% from the booked amount to the organizer.
• Cancellation before 45 days of the exhibition, the exhibitor should pay 40% from the booked amount to the organizer.
• Cancellation before 60 days of the exhibition, the exhibitor should pay 20% from the booked amount to the organizer.
• Stall booking cannot be transferred to a third party without permission from the organizer in writing.

2. Taxes

2.1 Tax Responsibility:

• Exhibitors are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their participation in Prompt Trade Fairs Exhibitions.
• All fees quoted are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified.

3. Termination

3.1 Termination:

• Prompt Trade Fairs India Private Limited reserves the right to terminate an exhibitor's participation if there is a material breach of the exhibitor agreement or contract.

4. Changes to Payment Terms

4.1 Notification:

• Prompt Trade Fairs India Private Limited reserves the right to change these payment terms upon written notice to exhibitors.
