. 9,000/- Per Sq.mtr.30/-An Advance payment of 50% has to be paid at the time of booking. Balance 50% of the stall cost has to be paid 30 days before the exhibition. Payment should be made along with the contract form duly filled- in by way o f D.D / Crossed Cheque payable at Chennai, in favour of Prompt Trade Fairs (I) Pvt. Ltd. No contract form will be entertained without advance payment. Service Tax 14% as applicable.
